It's well made and very comfortable.

Very soft material and very nice form. I think the size could be improved further with wider and longer arms and a lumbar support.

This pillow by ComfortSpa is awesome! I ordered the set of two large pillows, and I'm super-satisfied with the design, look, feel, quality, price, and customer service. I reached out for a question and received a very helpful email back immediately. You can tell that Joyce and her husband care about their customers and the products they sell. The package comes with a letter from the owners with specific instructions on how to get the pillow to fluff out from being squeezed tight for shipping to full size. It will take a couple weeks, but putting it in the clothes dryer (on the recommended heat setting per the instructions) and being a little patient will get the job done. There is an inner pillow case that holds the shredded memory foam, and there is a plush outer cover. Both are zippered. I opened up the pillow after fluffing it in the dryer, put my arm in, and separated the memory foam that was stuck together. This helps to fluff the pillow even more. I've used it for working in bed, reading in bed, and eating on the couch. It allows me to sit close enough to eat with my plate and glass on a TV table while supporting my back. For all the reasons listed above, the amazing customer service (very rare these days), and the fact that this family-owned and family-operated business is in the good, old U.S.A., I highly recommend a ComfortSpa reading/back pillow. It lives up to its company's name...bravo, ComfortSpa!

Usually lazy to write reviews but this product is so good I bought a second one in the end. My dad fractured his ankle so he’s been bed ridden and this has been great in helping him sit up comfortably while in bed. It was well packed and shipped promptly. Would recommend.
