The Helinox Chair One weighs 2.1 pounds and has a weight capacity of 320 pounds, whereas the Chair Zero weighs just 1.2 pounds, and has a weight capacity of 265 pounds. The Chair Zero is slightly smaller than the Chair One and sits closer to the ground. Both chairs are great for camping, backpacking, and hiking, but if it's an ultralight chair you are after, then the Chair Zero is probably your best choice, while the Chair One is great for all-around outdoor use. Both Helinox Chairs come with a chair frame, seat, and carrying case, and are backed by a manufacturer's 5-year warranty.

Q: asking for an older person. Is it difficult to get out of this chair?

I’m 59 and friend is 66, we both had no problem getting out of the chair. It does sit rather low, so if someone has bad knees or bad back, they might find it difficult. After 10 days of use on canoe fishing trip, I had no issues and would buy it again.
