Is there a different between phenylalanine and l-phenylalanine? Why does the L have to be in front of phenylalanine?

Yes. There are two forms of phenylalanine: D-Phenylalanine and L-Phenylalanine. They are mirror forms of each other - identical except one is 'left-handed' (L-) the other 'right-handed' (D-). (This is L/D dichotomy is true for all amino acids). D-Phenylalanine is synthetic and generally used more for reducing pain, while L-Phenylalanine is the naturally occurring form that is more readily converted into dopamine and norepinephrine and used to help with mood, energy and focus.

How does this compare to Naltrrxone?

Reading the reference to Naltrexone, one has nothing to do with the other. L-Phenylalanine is a brain food supplement.

How does this compare to gaba?

I use both for different reasons. I use GABA when I need to settle my mind down. I have anxiety and gabba really helps that. I take L- Phenelaline (2-100mg) with a B6 and that specifically helps the fact that I can’t swallow without food getting stuck. I do that in the morning and evening where as GABA you can take when ever and it seems to work within 20 minutes. I find that the GABA-effects work for about 3-4 hours then I may need to take another one (750mg).

Is this product equivalent of Phentermine
