Trying to replace my Moleskine 3.5 x 5.5 sketchbook that has 40 pages. This says 80 pages. Are they counting front and back of 40 sheets of paper?

What weight is the paper?

I'm not sure the paper weight, but it states, top quality heavy paper and is perfect for on the go drawings, sketches and tempera colors.

Need a belt case to hold it and a few mechanical pencils. My phone case is almost big enough - it holds the thin Moleskine but not this one. Ideas?
