Really good actually, slick design works well

First, wasn’t impressed by Amazon’s delivery - box had been opened, it was late arriving as the delivery slot kept being pushed back. The size of it made me think - £28 for that ??!!! But....... I then installed this little gem. Absolutely painless to install and took next to no effort whatsoever to connect to the Wi-Fi network. I connected my smart switch with ease to. Then the crucial bit, connecting the Tuya App (instructions say use the Smart Life app but Tuya is the same app, just branded differently) with SmartThings..... well it was kids play literally! Clear instructions from the Tuya App. All connected and set my scenes and light configuration for the alarm system in minutes! Oh it’s powered via USB not a plug so you know. Impressed to say the least. Hopefully it will stand the test of time and not mess up tomorrow!

I've been using this KETOTEK Tuya WiFi ZigBee 3.0 Bluetooth Gateway Hub for nearly 6 months now, and overall, I'm pleased with its performance. The hub itself is well-built and easy to set up. It's also great that it supports multiple protocols like WiFi, ZigBee, and Bluetooth, which makes it versatile for different smart home devices. However, I do have some issues with the reliability of certain devices connected to it. Some of them don't always respond or take a while to respond, even when they're just a 15-20 feet away from the hub. I suspect that this might be due to limitations of the hub ariels I've had problems with devices like sensors and switches not being able to connect or stay connected for extended periods of time. This can be frustrating, especially when you're trying to automate certain tasks or control your smart home setup remotely. Despite these issues, I still think that this hub is a good option for those who need to integrate multiple protocols into their smart home setup. It's just something to keep in mind and consider before purchasing. Overall, I'd give it 4 out of 5 stars, with the only deduction being due to the reliability issues with certain devices.

This is the second one that’s failed within weeks - ordered in January 26 failed March 1st 26 I will be asking for my money back this time - I will not buy another

Small and compact but the device I wished to connect was not compatible so returned. Did connect to the app fast tho

When I received this Zigbee Hub I was very sceptical considering how tiny it is. I plugged it into a usb socket on the back of a Wifi Access Point (just for power), ran through the Smart Life setup and it was immediately seen. It is controlling a Zigbee Mains Extension block on the other side of the house which again considering how small it is I doubted the signal would reach. "Oh the Zigbee" - Paul Hibbert

Quando bisogna acquistare un hub/gateway ZigBee, si corre spesso il rischio di ritrovarsi un prodotto non funzionante o incompatibile, spesso anche dalla descrizione. Questo gateway, invece, ha soddisfatto in pieno le mie aspettative ad un prezzo giusto: l'installazione è stata semplice perché, per fortuna, è compatibile con l’app SmartLife. Comodo anche in caso di assenza di corrente perché memorizza la rete WiFi per quando verrà ricollegato. Le istruzioni sono scritte solo in inglese (e in piccolo) ma chi conosce il funzionamento di SmartLife non troverà difficoltà nell'installazione.
