Great for elementary and middle schoolers or anyone who doesn't want to scratch over their notes to fix a mistake. The gel is smooth enough and doesn't skip like ballpoint. The ink is smooth and can be easily removed with the eraser on the back of the pen. My 4th grader's English teacher is encouraging them to start using pens instead of pencils and this erasable pen eliminates the frustration of making mistakes and keeps their work neat.
