This did not come with instructions but YOU ARE NOT DONE AFTER INSTALLATION. you MUST configure the software to work with the new device. Go To Menu / Transmission / Change Auto To Manual / Set to 5.8GHZ / Then choose the channel 1 or 2 wifi icon that is the most stable. For my testing i was able to fly behind a grove of trees 100feet away without disruption. This is not about range, but penetration through objects like trees or buildings.
