An absolutely fantastic book and amazing resource. Great contents and ibdex guide that makes it easy to find what you want to look at. Very clear, consise, informative and practical guide to everything about essential oils and using them. If you're serious about using properly from history, to sourcing, to recipes to make things to help your body in multiple ways, to making everyday procucts. Highly reccomend this book

I've bought a number of essential oil books over the last few years in the search for a basic understanding of how to use EOs to replace many of the toxic products we use in our home. This book is by FAR the best I've found as it is a comprehensive, easy to follow introduction to using essential oils in the home for personal care products, cleaning products, and to replace many OTC pharmaceuticals. There's a lot of great general information about EOs but also the instructions are clear and the recipes are easy to make. Many of the other books I bought were formatted to list each essential oil with their properties and use (which I found the use part to be vague if you weren't already educated on how to use EOs) whereas this book is more of a general EO introduction along with some fantastic DIY recipes to replace all the toxic products in the modern American household. I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend this as a perfect starting point for anyone new to DIY essential oil experimenting.

... tra i vostri libri di Aromaterapia. Ottimo, ben fatto e chiarissimo con numerose indicazioni sull'uso degli oli essenziali... anche per chi non è proprio un esperto. Peccato esista solo la versione in inglese. Consigliato comunque.
