Used to be good, now way too tangy/sour
I was using this for years but recently I found the taste to be very sour. Maybe they changed their tomato supplier? Decided to move onto another brand.

Salt.
The salt content is not visible on the pictures in the listing. Had I been able to see it I would not have purchased this brand. I don’t want salt added to the tomatoes I buy especially organic brands. And when only “ salt “ is listed it isn’t the best salt. It’s sodium chloride.
