SOUND QUALITY AWFUL/ ONLY 2 HRS. BATTERY -ARE THESE REALLY BRAND NEW?
YOU HAVE TO USE SPEAKER OR YOU CAN BARELY HEAR ANYTHING. THE BATTERIES ARE EMPTY AND GIVE YOU ABOUT 2 HRS. OF USE BEFORE IT'S DEAD. I BOUGHT A FEW OF THESE PHONES. ONE CAME WITH NI BATTERY OR BATTERY COVER. THE REPLACEMENT DIDN'T WORK. THE ORIGINAL WITH ONE EXTRA HANDSET DON'T FUNCTION FOR THE FLASH FEATURE ALTHOUGH I HAVE THOSE FEATURES FROM MY PHONE COMPANY. I BOUGHT AN EXTRA HANDSET DIRECTLY FROM VTECH. THAT ONE HAD A PROTECTIVE PLASTIC SHEET OVER THE FRONT OF THE HANDSET. NONE OF THE PHONES I RECEIVED FROM AMAZON HAD THAT. SO I'M LEFT TO THINK THESE WERE NOT BRAND NEW PHONES.

A constant power Glitch stopped it working
The phone was working just fine and we have others just like it. But then soon after getting it (about 2 or 3 weeks), the phone began to stop working as the power began to run out very quickly so we had no time to make a call - first 5 minutes, then after another week maybe only 2 or 3 minutes to make a call. It was not the battery, it was something internal in the phone. Because, this new battery we switched out with another same but older phone and the battery worked fine. Now the Phone is beyond the return policy. So when you get it, always check the phone to see if the battery is laying longer than 5 minutes and return before the return date expires. :(

My Mother needed a replacement and Amazon sent this unit out within two days. Hook it up and everything went great thanks to Amazon.

Phones in 5 rooms!
Initially ordered phone system with base and 4 handsets. Later ordered an additional handset, so, now have 5 scattered throughout the house. Never far from a phone! Was disappointed that this system did not have light or verbal tone to let me know I have a message or that I missed a call. My previous system (Uniden) had both blinking light and beep tone when I have a message. Now I have to lift a handset each time I'm gone or away from the phone to see if I have a message. Otherwise, has some nice features such as when you add a name & number to the directory it is added on all handsets.

Pay close attention to the instructions for set-up. It can be quite confusing.
I love not always having those pesky robo calls.

Buen relación precio calidad
El acabado del aparato esta bien, desafortunadamente lo tuve que regresar ya qué lo que necesitaba era una terminal y no una extensión, no viene muy bien especificado dentro de la descripción del producto.
