Worked on my ram 150. They also sell an extra kit with wore cups.

We are afraid not. It work with a 1994-1999 Dodge Ram 2500 4WD.

will this work on a 2003 honda element lower ball joint?

I used it on a Honda element and didn't have any problems. You just have to find the correct combination to press it out. I'd reccomend having a ball joint separator on hand as well. Mine were hard to separate.

Fantastic, Easy to use, Made Changing my ball joints Easy, I also used it to change the bushes on the lower arms that had the ball joint on, I am well impressed, a bit pricey but most of the money repaid on the work it's done so far and 2 more cars I look after it will have paid for itself when I do those - when needed.
