Will these batteries work with the new sony fdr-x3000 action camera?

Yes, but all my Wasabi cells never lasted as long as my Sony's. The 1600mAh is a stretch, they are probably more like 1000mAh new. After a few years - they REALLY don't last as long. 40 minutes? My Sony's still put out 1 hour 30 minutes in 1080p/30 with no steadyshot/any other extras. I got 2 Wasabi wall chargers, and they charge my Sony batteries everytime.

How long does it take to fully charge the two batteries?

Dont really know, i charged them over night and have been ruining since. Will check once i get to a low battery level and then see how much time it will take.

Will this charger work with the sony cybershot 20x optical zoom camera?

The charger is only for the NP-BX1 battery. It works with the Wasabi replacement batteries and with the original Sony versions. You will have to check your specific Cybershot camera to assess whether it uses the NP-BX1 battery. There are many models and they can use different batteries.
