Inadequate installation instructions

The blade comes with (9) brackets to fit different cars, however the illustrations for matching brackets with attachments are terribly inadequate. The actual brackets do not look like the illustrations, which made it terribly frustrating to figure out which is the correct bracket for my car. Nonetheless, the blades are reasonably priced and seem to be well-made.

It seems that the u-rail part was missing from the item delivered and some of the other adaptors looked broken.
