What is the differance between M-stak and stak???

Think of "M" as maintain for the gains you made with STAK. Since you are cycling STAK, to take nothing you would see a drop off. With "M" the drop off is minimized.

Is there a multivitamin equivelant as part of the M-Stak? Or do you recommend still taking a multi with the stak?

No multivite component. Actually don’t recommend multis for 3 reasons: 1. Most multis contain improper ratios of vitamins, especially when combined with your diet. For instance, many contain too much A, & not enough D. 2. because when taken together, some nutrients cancel each other out, such as calcium & iron. 3. Many people take multis at night, and the B vitamin group can cause insomnia. Always best to get vitamins from foods or a food based greens powder, or separate nutrients night and day.

Does this product contain any carbohydrates? If so how many? All artificial sweeteners? Thanks!

I don't remember but all it consist of is a bunch of pills about 10 different pills that you have to take at once. I really didn't like it. I didn't really see any gains from M-stack. I did that the cuts and leaned out. I wouldn't waste my money. Just eat more lift heavy.
