7PCS Patio Furniture Dining Set

It is shipped in 4 boxes. We received an email with 4 tracking numbers. Fortunately, we received them all the same day. Little hard to assemble. Ran into an issue with pieces not lining up correctly. We figured we were sent a wrong piece. Contacted customer service and they sent us the right piece which arrived in 2 days. I found the customer service great. Once we received the right piece it assembled easily. It is comfortable to lay down on. Looks very nice.

I bought the product from Yodolla on May 15 based on an illustration that shows the sofas could be used separately on their own instead of being connected as sectional. The purchase was made because of the perceived flexibility. However, after assembling it turns out that this arrangement, in reality, is not sturdy. The corner sofa does not stand on its own in a safe manner. I reported the problem and provide the screenshot on the website. Yodolla took out the image and denied it was ever there. Furthermore, they accused me of taking the screenshot from two other sellers, "WIN-WIN US" and "AECOJOY". However, non of them has this image on its website. Yodolla then accused them removed the image. Isn't this exactly what Yodolla did? What's more, the seller actually threatened me in email not to refund the purchase and won't cover the return shipping cost even if I returned the furniture. What a nightmare experience! A follow-up on this matter. I first went through the Amazon a-to-z warranty process, which took about 1 month for Amazon to deny my request. This process provide no way of interactive communication. All the emails I received were from a no-reply address. Amazon won't provide any reason of their decision. They won't respond to my request of investigation. After a month through the a-to-z process, I filed a complaint with my credit card company, which helped me obtained the refund after about 2 weeks. Lesson learned: 1. Don't make any big purchase from oversea seller on Amazon as they know US law won't apply to them. 2. Don't put your trust in Amazon warranty. They won't help you.

It was a bit difficult to assemble even for my adult son that is a mechanical engineer. And it took him a few hours to complete. He stated that some parts were warped and hard to fit together appropriately. It seems a bit fragile, as the the “wicker” is more like thin plastic strips that you could easily punch a hole in. But it is mostly a metal frame wrapped with the plastic. I don’t expect it to last. It’s under a covered porch, so hopefully that will add a few years. The table is nice. It’s comfortable enough for a couple hours. And it’s the right size. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase even though I was skeptical during the assembly. We shall see how it holds up.

This set arrived early, well packaged, and despite what others have said, it was very easy to put together. It’s very sturdy and comfortable. Perfect for two people to lounge/lay or a larger group to eat/drink together. The pillows are comfortable and everything is the perfect size for our 13ft x 8ft balcony! My only concern is how well this will hold up in the rain since we don’t have an overhang above our balcony on the top floor. Our old cushions used to get soaked. I plan to get a cover though. My balcony has now become our favorite place to eat and hang out! When assembling, make sure you put in all the screws half way for the entire chair/couch and then fully tighten after you get them all in. Having a power drill helps it go faster. There was a couple spots where there was a gap and the screw had trouble reaching the hole but I just used a large wrench to clamp it together before screwing in. This set was a thousand times easier to put together than our old patio furniture so no idea why anyone had issues unless they screwed in each screw 100% tight before getting all the screws in first. Which, if you have ever assembled anything, you should know that is a bad idea! Lol

- The product comes in 4 different large boxes, all with their own shipping/tracking. This wasn't too bad, other than all the boxes came on different days within a 5 day span of each other... and, if we were to decide to send things back to get our money back, it would be an absolute nightmare and not worth the hassle. - I should have read the reviews a little closer. People are not lying when they say the holes don't line up when trying to put it together. We had to drill new holes for about 7 of the spots across all three main sections, and there were a couple spots where there was nothing we could do so we couldn't put bolts in, which sucked. The assembly itself isn't hard or difficult to understand... but when the holes don't line up so it doesn't even go together correctly, it takes way longer and it's way harder than it needs to be. - Everything is decent looking and it's comfort level is okay, but it's not great. Overall, not worth the money for the hassle it caused.

My wifew and I got this set to put on our patio. It was a pain to set up with several of the holes being misdrilled or double drilled make the gap too big. Following the instructions made the set almost impossible to put together and several times we had to unscrew the screws to screw in other screws then go back and screw in the first screws and this is with leaving the screws loose for wiggle room. The patio set sits very low and it does not help that the table it comes with is an average height table making it feel very large when sitting in thee furniture. I would not recommend this set to anyone. The piece is over priced and I would highly recommend either spending more money for a better set or looking at a less expensive set that is probably the same quality as this one. I cannot wait for this set to wear out so I can replace it.
