Tbh, I ordered it because I saw someone’s review saying that they're 2.5kg + 5kg + 10kg and I wanted heavier weight. But in reality the weight of all 3 is equal to 10, maybe this person’s review was meant to be for another product. However, they are good the grip is strong and they’re handy and easy to carry on. I loved that they came with the case which makes it easier to use them and place them anywhere later.

Ho regalato questo set alla mia ragazza per il suo compleanno (è un gran bel consiglio, suggerisco a tutti quanti di fare lo stesso e non ve ne pentirete) I pesi sono di buona fattura, buona la scelta, e carini da vedere. Perfetti per l'uso domestico. Non vi nascondo che in realtà li uso anche io, quando faccio la corsa sul posto mattutina, in quanto mi aiutano a controbilanciare il peso delle gambe e rendono più intenso l'allenamento. Sicuramente il miglior set su amazon. Poi a sto prezzo. Imperdibile.

j'ai acheté ce produit pour faire un complément de réeducation suite à problème médical. je l'utilise donc 2 fois par jour. la préhension de la plus petite des haltères est assez large pour une main d'homme "normal". le revetement est constitué d'une sorte de matière plastique brillante et lisse facile à nettoyer, mais qui adhère très bien à la paume des mains même légèrement en sueur. la prise est donc sûr dans l'effort. Pour travailler certains muscles du bras, je tiens 2 haltères en même temps dans la même main. Le coffret, arrivé intact, est en plastique épais moulé intérieurement à la forme des haltères ce qui en fait un rangement réduit en dimensions. Et bien sûr, ce coffret est arrivé dans le délai prévu!

Entregado en tiempo y forma, viene con estuche con el juego completo, la relación de calidad con respecto a su precio es bastante aceptable, lo recomiendo

I've had several sets of mini dumbells over the years but I think these are my favourite so far. I bought them to use with one of my exercise dvds and was concerned they might not be heavy enough to offer enough resistance - turns out I'm weaker than I thought as I even use the lightest ones occasionally for the more difficult exercises! People have mentioned the smell as being a problem - I actually like the smell, it's that "new" smell that plasticky things sometimes smell of and it's not strong enough to be a problem even if you don't like it. With regards to people saying they are "sticky", again, this doesn't bother me. They are lovely and smooth to the touch and feel really sturdy and durable. The case is perfectly adequate for storing them neatly away. They also come with an exercise chart illustrating different techniques which would be helpful if you were just using these on their own and not as part of any set routine. Overall, very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend these to anyone wanting a good value set of light weights.
