Will this case fit two WD Black 2TB external hard drive game drive?

It depends on how thick the WD 2TB drive is. If the drives are ~3/4" probably not. 2 of the 1/2" drives will fit.

What is the real internal dimensions of the case? I see two different thickness, one says 0.5 inch and the other 1.57 inches.

5.25x3.5x1.5 " I'd say. I didn't account for that when I ordered and the 4.5x4.5 device I have does not fit.
