There is no replacement cartridge.. its just a cartridge that comes inside with the purifier. You will have a buy a new cartridge once the internal cartridge life is over

About the product it comes without the replacement part and when I communicate with the buyer he was explaining that the product comes without the replacement part inside if you gonna buy the device only which is not true ,, so you should consider you will buy the product without any extra replacement part. And about the product and the packaging all were prefect
