Jarrow formulas MK-7 is an extract from genetically unmodified (non-GMO) soyabeans fermented with Bacillus subtilus natto. Recommended by cardiologist. He won't let me take calcium suppliments due to potential for calcium to build up in arteries. But my nails were so dry, brittle and rigid that it was truly embarrassing. Suffered from thin, bleeding nails for more than a year. Started taking this, and my nails are suddenly growing out fine! Looks like I didn't need MORE calcium, I just needed the K to make the calcium I already have in my body work!!! Super happy!
