Pedí el magnesio en escamas en lugar de disuelto porque quería empezar a usarlo bastante diluido para evitar picores y porque resulta mucho más barato. Lo prepare utilizando el doble de agua destilada caliente (sin hervir) que de escamas de magnesio, en concreto 200 ml de agua caliente a la que fui añadiendo 100 gramos de escamas, agitando hasta su disolución. Si no produce picor se puede preparar utilizando la misma cantidad de agua que de escamas. Lo he utilizado en particular para aliviar una fascitis plantar de 6 meses de duración, aplicándolo 2 veces al día con masaje localizado y puedo decir que en 1 mes de utilización mi fascitis se ha solucionado.
