I purchased this as sort of a study guide to help me understand anatomy while taking an online yoga training and it was really useful! The drawings are very detailed, which gives you an opportunity to see the different muscles very clearly. There wasn't a lot of directions in terms of doing the coloring, but having to figure that part out on my own actually made an even bigger impact. If you're a visual learner, this is a great tool to help you understand what muscles are being activated in different yoga poses. It was exactly what I needed to help me visualize the anatomy I was learning in lectures. I recommended it to all the people in my yoga class because as a yoga instructor, students are always asking what poses they can do for XY or Z muscles and this coloring book is a great guide

I'm so impressed with the quality and detail of this book. I wish I'd had something similar for my pilates training. This is super for my yoga practice, especially since I'm training to teach, even if I wasn't it's a really great tool.
