Horrible. Led to 10! Yes 10 days of stomach upset, a trip to the gastroenterologist and a lot of wasted time. If you are gluten intolerant or suspect you're a celiac this will not help you at all but make your life horrible. I ate a few tiny bites of gluten and it ruined my life for 10 days.

I love this brand, they make very good quality products that work and this one is no exception. It allowed my daughter to enjoy starchy and gluten containing foods again without GI distress.

So happy I found these. They work very well. I am gluten sensitive. I take these when I go out to restaurants even though they say it’s gluten sensitive I was still have problems with these dishes I take a gluten ease capsule and no worries.

Je suis un peu mitigée car j'ai l'impression que ses effets n'étaient pas les mêmes à chaque prise mais globalement je pense qu'il évite quelques désagréments avec la prise de gluten occasionnelle.

J’ai testé une seule fois pour le moment . Assiette de pâtes sans aucun souci à la digestion . Ça m’a changé des pâtes à la farine de pois chiche ou maïs. Peu de recul mais je recommande

Perfect for someone who is gluten intolerant. They work well for me. I do not use them on a daily basis, but a few times a week.
