Good story
If I hadn't signed up for the Book Club, I wouldn't have met this story. I was so lucky to have an opportunity to read this book. This is about siblings Peter and Fudge. Peter is a nine years diligent boy who considers himself unfortunate and fourth grade is insignificant. He had a major headache, it's his brother Fudge. Fudge is a terrible three years old anger-monster that is ruining everything, yelling, cranky, and crying. Peter was stressed out and lacked confidence because of his brother, his parents put up with Fudge's behaviors, and people interested only in Fudge. When I read first, I, like Peter, was mad at Fudge and his parents. Then I thought Fudge would never be forgiven. But when I read the second time, I could see why Fudge was doing what he did and the way his parents dealt with Peter's complaints and his emotions. Fudge thought Peter was so cool. He was doing all Peter-thing "like pee-tah" and even struggling to get into Peter's room. Eventually, that's what made Peter angry. XD I recommend this book to children who have older or younger siblings. And I encourage them to read at least twice. That is how we might know what Judy Blume, who wrote this book, wanted to say. โข The best part for me without spoiling Chapter 9 Another Rainy day, when Fudge ate very well his father's terrible mushroom omelette which even the father, who made it, couldn't eat at all. What a weird eater!!

Bought this book as a Christmas gift for my nephew. As I owned it as a child. I must have read it 10 times over my childhood. ALL of BEVERLY CLEARY'S books were A+++ in my book! Absolutely the best author, the best novels. I can't wait to get him into reading her books, next will be the Fudge series. I didn't think he would be as interested in my favourite of Beverly's "Are you there God it's me Margaret" ๐. If you have a child that likes to read, I highly recommend Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing AND ALL of Beverly Cleary's books. You will not be disappointed. 5โญ๏ธ+++++
