Works great for porcelain tile. I imagine it would work well on other tile types too, but I haven't tried it yet. Sometimes the tile has a rough edge after being cut (either wet saw or with a snap cutter). This does a good job of rounding/smoothing the edge so that once the grout is installed nobody can tell whether the tile has a "factory edge" or not. After many uses, it will end up looking like the photo with many grooves.

Great for smoothing down rough ceramic pottery.

A must have for smoothing out cut ends of your tile. Very easy to use and has both a course and fine side. Worked great for my porcelain tile. Highly recommend!
