Okay but not perfect. Shipping cost is expensive for such a small light item!
I wouldn't say it does the job perfectly. Seems to muffle sounds well (8/10) just for you to be able to sleep. However, it won't muffle against door knocks, someone banging on the walls or moving furniture. I also want to add, it seems to lose effect after 5 days so make sure you change them every 5 days.
