I love the gelatinized form because its super easy on digestion with fewer adverse side effects. The taste is very pleasant and earthy; I mix a little into my oatmeal or juice and it's great! No strong smell and high quality value for the price. It seems effective, and this brand always delivers high quality products!

I have just started out with this brand and while it is early days, I have already noticed an improvement with my energy. Other brands always said 1 tablespoon daily but this brand suggests 1 teaspoon and if I can already feel an effect, I would say this product is worth it!

From the glowing reviews I expected better results but perhaps my fatigue (a side effect of immunotherapy) is too deep set. After two and a half weeks of taking a tablespoon per day, I am starting to feel a little better.
