My God, read the bloody product listing. This camera uses a 20 MP sensor. However it also has up to a 4X digital zoom. At 2X the resolution is cut in half to 10 MP. At 4X, the resolution is reduced to 5 MP which is still fine for 8X10 photos or a tablet screen.

no you cannot but you can change settings to night,sports,etc which does about the same thing
