Upon viewing some of the labels which show ingredients, it appears sugar is in the bars. Varies from 8g to 11g

How hard are bars? i have bad tmj and am looking for something soft but relatively healthy.

The bars are pretty soft, but remember there are lots of seeds in them. Not sure how those are for you to chew.
