I bought this for my husband who has Alzheimer’s and leans while in his wheelchair. This product is super soft and comfortable and was very easy to install and will work universally with most wheelchairs. It helps my husband to stay more upright and keeps his arm from getting hurt on the hard chair. I highly recommend.

My sisters wheelchair is very sophisticated however its missing TRUNK support for her torso so she's always leaning. We've put side pillows but she is always uncomfortable and still slumps over. We put in this arm rest and its life changing. She did great using her arm to help keep straight. We've needed this trunk support for about 15 years, so thanks!

As I weaken I need more help keeping myself upright and this arm pad works great for extra support! Because I’m constantly leaning on it the foam gets squished down pretty quickly it could use a denser foam for durability. It’s an expensive product to wear out so quickly. But, I’m glad I found it.

This arm rest is super. I lean to one side and my forearm and elbow would get so sore. Other pads hadn't eased the discomfort. But the Secure Deluxe Lateral Wheelchair Arm Support has made a world of difference. I've had to learn to take corners a little wider to accomidate the size of my new arm support. But that's a good issue to have.

Where have I been? This solves many issues I have had with my 90 year old mother. She now sits upright, no leaning, soft and comfy elbow rest, looks good on the chair. Absolutely love it.

The product started falling apart after 2 months. The entire lines is undone.

The purpose of this item is good. Give more room on the thin arm rests, especially for someone like my mom who had a stroke and has a hard time holding her arm on the arm rest. This keeps her arm in place which is wonderful. My compaint is that the sides are waaaaaaaaay too thick. If you have two on, one on each side you lose about six inches of space inside the wheelchair. Which is fine if you have an oversized chair which mom does now but when her permanent chair comes, it is going to be a lot more narrow and won't likely have enough space for these, so I wasted $50. This product could be designed with the two sides being a a lot more thin and two shorts sides versus one long and one short.
