Will I be able to run the sound through my headset on my ps4 and still be able to capture the sound of my gameplay?

Yes you will be able to capture all game sounds including your party chat/game chat. So whatever you hear in your headphones is what will be recorded.

So when i have this hooked up and plugged into the elgato HD60 analog, will it record my voice at all? Only party, even when im talking to party?

When are they suppose recieve the chat link cable? I ordered one over two weeks. Any info?

They were out of stock for awhile. I would check your order status. I ordered mine a few weeks ago and got an email from Amazon saying that they were back in stock and that it has been shipped. If you have further problems contact customer service.
