Perfect for Texas sheet cake!
Great performer. Light weight, shiny, and well made Perfect for Texas sheet cake. High quality like all Nordic ware. It will last forever if you don’t put it in the dishwasher. However, it needs a lid, so I’m taking a star away because they should offer the lid with it as a set. This is a pan designed for bake-and-take, but how can we “take” it if it doesn’t have a lid? Come on, Nordic ware! PS Let it cool off before you put it on the sink; the old version of this pan that I inherited from my mother was warped from that.

Very great quality
Doesn’t warp, lightweight, cleanse real easy, and bakes very even. I don’t even have to apply non stick spray, the grooves make it naturally non-stick

Heavy duty Half Sheet Baking Pan
This pan is amazing and heavy duty. I ended up returning because I got the wrong size of pan. I just did not like that the packaging had a rip on it but was not dented. If I ever need pans like this for sure this is the place to order from.

Raised pattern in bottom
Maybe I missed something? This has a raised pattern on the bottom. I purchased to make cakes but it isn't great for that. They are sturdy, I just need to figure out what to use the for.

This is the BIG PAN!
This the big pan! The aluminum one that is like the Wilton pan of old. Inside bottom measures 2” deep, 17 1/2” long, 11 1/2” wide. I use it to make a big batch of Lasagna. It’s Too big for a regular sized dishwasher. They recommend hand washing. I’ve been searching for this for a long time. I’ve bought several that said they were that big, but no. Bait and switch.
