Good product but has design flaws.
Overall a good product but the design has certain flaws which should be fixed.Since the loop is in front, it gets really difficult when my dog decides to switch sides all of a sudden.The plastic snap lock/buckle is pretty thick and in case of my dog it rubs against his armpit causing redness on the soft skin.

It certainly did help with the pulling. it's a better & more gentle way to walk your dog than the martingale collars and the choke chains.

Excellent Quality of Harness but does not completely eliminate pulling... But dog is much better behaved compared to normal neck collar !!
