What is the mgz for this unit, what os does it come with and is the hard drive & ram upgradeable?

This system is not upgradeable. Comes preconfigured , either 8gb ram or 16gb. Storage is an SSD drive of 256 gb or 512 gb. The OS is upgradeable to newest Monterey version. Mghz should be 3.1 , fast but not a gaming machine. Very capable multitasking.
