A lovely book for encouraging free, imaginative drawing
A friend recommended this one to me and I'm really glad she did. It's such a refreshing idea, especially from a first time author. Most drawing books for kids are about copying a picture step by step, but this one just gives them a prompt and lets them run with it. There's no right or wrong answer, which my little one loved. Some of the drawings that came out of it were hilarious and so much more "them" than anything they'd copy from a book. Nice to have something that gets them off screens too. Would happily buy it again as a gift.
