Definitely can feel the peppery sensation on the back of the throat. Taste very good and fresh. A better purchase than PJ Kabob which I had been using. I take a tablespoon every morning.

Very good tasting, excellent for every day with high polyphenols. It's good for your health and good for your gut, hair, skin and nails. My skin have immensely improved over two weeks of use two tablespoons a day. Sometimes a little more.
