First impressions are good! Looks great, feels solid, not as heavy as I was expecting, good build quality! Love the deep sides, this pan will double as a wok if stir frying for two people! So to season the pan I used a high smoke point sunflower oil, heated pan for 3mins, medium/ high heat (Neff induction hob 7.5 setting) wiped with oil, kept on the heat for a further 3 mins! wiped excess oil out. First thing in 5% fat mince beef with no oil added, absolutely zero sticking, got really good sear at medium/high heat… slid around the pan like Torvill and Dean! Superb heat distribution across the pan base! I literally wiped it clean with kitchen paper towel the gave it a rinse in soapy water! The pan lid is a nice addition for any frying pan. Cant comment on longevity but first impression are definitely good to the point of ordering more of the collection.

I would look at other products. After less than 12 months we noticed a discolouration of the pan surface. The black protective film has been coming off slowly and no doubt gone into our food. I Have been informed by the supplier that this is due to excessive pre heating. Eg. If you are making a steak etc. I can confirm that we don not pre heat this pan without any oils etc and we have not used it for items such as steaks etc. that require excessive heating. On that basis. I would not recommend this pan as it’s NOT suitable for cooking. It looks good. But you will have to replace it sooner than you think. So you’re better off looking for a better quality brand. Highly disappointing.

Well made and the non-stick surface is working well so far on our induction hob. Works best on a low heat setting. Easy to clean and seems to be dishwasher safe. Time will tell if the surface lasts the course. Very pleased so far.

I have already purchased a Casserole and small saucepan and I absolutely love them. I have just thrown out my very expensive ( and rubbish) hexclad frying pan and bought this very nice Intignis frying pan instead. I followed the seasoning instructions to the letter and I fully expect this pan to be as good as its siblings. I would highly recommend any serious cooks to adopt these. I cook on very low heat now because the heat transfer is so good so you need to be careful when cooking familiar things in these. Washing them is also a breeze.

A great non-stick pan. A bit on the heavy side but the handle is long enough to 2x hand use. I cooked bacon, sausages and mushrooms in it then did 2 eggs, the eggs did not stick even after all those that were cooked before it in 1 run. The extra deepness allows it to be used as a Wok without issue. I haven't found a use case for the lid "yet" ;)

I've been using this frying pan for quite a while and, as others have said, it is easy to use, very easy to clean but the big BUT is that food gets stuck. Up to now it has mainly been fried eggs and bacon so I'm now using a different pan for eggs and cooking bacon in the air fryer. I'm now using it mainly for chillis and the like (which still stick but I can scrape it now and again). However, yesterday was the last straw when I was frying some breadcrumb covered lamb steaks - all the breadcrumb coating stuck to the pan and I have to scrape it off onto our plates - good job it wasn't a dinner party! I've now confined the pan to the drawer and am using an ordinary non-stick pan once again. I wouldn't recommend it for day to day frying.

Je compte bien acheter la collection ! Rien n'accroche , elle se nettoie simplement, elle ne se raye pas et je ne suis pas douce avec mes poêles 😅

La meilleure poêle jamais vue ! On peut dire sans exagérer, elle est Incroyable !! Et garantie à vie! Elle passe même au four ! (pas essayé). Je ne pourrai plus jamais de ma vie, utiliser autre chose que ce matériau ! Jamais je n'aurais imaginé qu'une telle poêle existe un jour ! Je la recommande bien sûr VIVEMENT!!!

Bestellung und Lieferung wie immer sehr gut. Die Pfanne wird normal warm, die gleichmäßige Wärmeverteilung könnte aber beim Induktionskochfeld besser sein.
