I can’t tell if it’s doing it’s job or not except to say that my blood draw shows a normal range of what B12 helps according to my Doctor. The nice thing about these compared to others is the price. A very good price for a large number of pills that have no taste and are, for me, easy to swallow. But as my morning dose is around 15 different pills, I really can’t tell if it’s alone easy to swallow or not. Pills give me no problem to swallow in any case. NOTE: ANOTHER REVIEWER STATED THIS WAS A CHEWABLE AND HAD A NICE ORANGE TASTE. DO NOT CHEW THIS TABLET. IT IS NOT A CHEWABLE AND HAS NO ORANGE TASTE. IT IS MEANT TO BE SWALLOWED.
