Compared with the round cable, how flexible are the lan cables 25ft? Will this affect the Speed?

The flat Ethernet cable is very flexible and can be wrapped tightly around a corner with no effect in the speed. You can even fold any excess cable down to less than a quarter inch without it effecting the speed or damaging the wires inside.
