If you have dry skin, use a rich moisturizer or face oil to nourish the skin while helping the cc cream glide on smoothlyWhile a good skincare routine should include both a face serum and cream, serum should always be applied before moisturizer.

Can it lighten dark spots?

No its just a weak moisturizer. Didn't work for my dry skin.
