If you can find someone who has one or one just about the same size as this loudmouth I would try it if I were you. I find that with small hands it is still comfortable. My hands are not that big and I do well with this grip. May be you can go to a Dick's sporting good store and try out their grips you would know better, that is what I did. You will need a razor to cut off the old grip, double sided tape and solvent to put on the new one. A grip vice will help.
