Ideal Entry Level Racing Cockpit
If you are looking to get an affordable entry level racing rig, this is eactly what you need. Most reviews here tell you what you need to know so here is a pro's and con's list: Pros: 1.) Mostly already pre-built out of the box 2.) Quick set up time. (10-20 minutes-ish). 3.) Seating angle and height are adjustable (not a huge amount, but should be enough to get your comfy racing position sorted). 4.) Front arm bar (for steering wheel attachment) swings forward so you can enter and exit easily. 5.) Easily collapsable, takes up very little room. I have really quite a small room so this is perfect. 6.) It looks awesome (in my opinion). 7.) There are plenty of quality features: Strong/neat stitching, breathable mesh for your back area, two cushion like 'bumps' either side of rib cage area to gently keep you in the middle, the branding and colours give a presence. 8.) Foot pedals can be moved forwards or backwards very easily with quick release bolts. 9.) Foot pedal frame can be easily swapped from angled position or flat on the ground. 10.) Affordable price tag for what you get. 11.) A well thought out logical design. Cons: 1.) The seat is essentially like a suade/leather type material, so there is no cushioning. This starts to become uncomfortable during an extreme session, maybe after about an hour or so this happens. I put a weighted blanket over the whole chair (if needed after an hour) and it is considerably more comfortable without interfering with my racing. 2.) Watch out for the (red) clip that clamps the front arm bar (for the steering wheel) as the edge is quite sharp, so be extra careful entering and exiting. 3.) The plate that the steering wheel screws onto has a knob that is tightened when you have the correct wheel position. What I found is because the clamp is on a single bar, the plate/wheel can slip downwards around that bar. To remedy this; each time I used the rig, that knob, I just gave that extra bit of muscle, tightening very slightly each time, to a point that I could feel it wasn't going anywhere anymore, no problems with this anymore so far. If you are super strong, make sure not to go overly aggressive as it could potentially break or bend. Some bonus tips if you decide to get one. And also if you managed to read this far: 1.) DO NOT over tighten the nuts/bolts, it WILL bend the tubes. All the nuts are nylon lock-nuts, so once they are tightened, they won't work loose. 2.) Don't lift or move the rig with the steering wheel. Grab a solid part of the frame. 3.) The foot pedal frame swings up into a storage position. This can slam down on the floor, so mind those toes! 4) It can be a bit awkward adjusting all the various positions, the first time I managed to collapse the whole rig in on itself. A second pair of hands makes it much easier (and safer). 5.) I cannot comment on the manual gear shifter attachment as I do not use it. However, from what I've heard, it does do the job well but can wobble a small amount (from what I've seen from video reviews). What racing wheel/pedals do I use? I use the Thrustmaster T300RS, completely stock with no extras or modifications. It all fits perfectly with this racing rig, no problem. Have I previously owned a steering wheel or racing rig? No this is my first one and I'm very happy with it. How tall am I? About 5 foot 11 inches (but I have short-ish legs). Hope this helps a little bit in making the right choice for you.

Good But....
...be careful! I'm a bit chunky to say the least and after a thrilling first race in the racing seat playing GT7 I somehow ended up sat on the floor, still sat in the seat! Legs partly crushed and wheel pushing into my belly! Not sure how it happened but it wasn't a pleasant experience. Managed to free myself out of the seat and it looks like I hadn't locked off the cams properly. Make sure you lock them off fully and the levers facing down to avoid knocking them loose. Seat is quite hard on the bot but overall, a good experience and at a good price for the casual racer. Comes with all the fittings needed to mount your wheel and pedals, all adjustable. Just take your time setting it up and your good to go

Good item, well built and comfortable
It’s shown as easy to build and assemble. In theory it is, the instructions are good and clear, and I found good Old You Tube a great place to watch others. The chair is good quality and made from strong robust materials and I’m well over 100kg and it supports me just fine. After a few hours of use, it still was comfortable and stood up to enthusiastic gaming. Cons The build is not easy on your own and I would recommend that you have someone else to help you as once almost constructed it’s frustrating that it needs support whilst you tighten and adjust, as it collapsed several times whilst I made these adjustments. That said, if you have the extra pair of hands problem solved. Storage .. the instructions are useless and the video that is linked to this is incorrect and it’s really confusing how to collapse it down to store it. But after watching several videos I worked out the best way for me to put it into a position to fold it and stand it up in a cupboard when not in use. Once you get the hang of it again it wouldn’t be a problem. The seat is adjustable for lean angles and make sure you understand that it’s a GT chair not an F1 racing position, so if your looking for a true F1 experience then the next model in the range will be the right one. Pedals and wheel once mounted and infinitely adjustable and I got to perfect positioning within a few mins and once set folding it away for storage will not affect this once you come to set it up again. All in all a great piece of kit for starting out and those like me who just want to have fun and don’t take their sims too seriously and just want a more involved experience. I love mine, happy I made the choice to buy this one and would recommend it

Great Budget Seat
I’ve been using the GT Lite for a while now, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my sim racing setup. The foldable design is a real game-changer—it’s sturdy during use but easy to pack away when I’m done, which is perfect if you’re short on space - it's still quite large even when folded but compared to a conventional fixed rig, is absolutely worth it. It's well-built and comfortable for long racing sessions. The adjustability is great—you can fine-tune the seat and pedal positions to get the perfect driving position. I've used the Logitech G923 and also a direct-drive wheel on this seat and both work great. There was a bit of flex and noise with both wheels, especially with the direct-drive wheel but that is to be expected when you mount a powerful wheel onto a light setup. By no means did it affect my racing, it still stood it's ground firmly.

Ok enough, but pedal area not that sturdy
Folds away nicely and is ok as an entry level rig if you don’t have very strong wheel and pedals. I had a Logitech pro direct drive on this and it’s way too powerful for this rig. The wheel deck was ok, but the pedal deck would slide around under braking without even too much pressure. It folds up, which is nice and I think it would be fine with cheaper wheels and pedals, but don’t expect this thing to be super solid as well as easy to fold.

It's a great entry level rig. The only problem is that there is no space to install a shifter and handbrake at the same time. Can be fixed with additional metal plates though.

Chair is comfortable and solid. Folds up nicely. Fit my wheel and pedals perfectly (Logitech G29) Update! I recently upgraded my wheel and pedals to an 8Nm wheel and load cell (75kg) pedals. This chair handles the wheel torque with no issues, but the seat flexes a bit when applying the brakes, as I expected. Still loving the GT Lite, but might need to upgrade eventually.

Ottimo, seduta comoda, nulla da segnalare se non che con i miei 183cm sono al limite di altezza per il corretto utilizzo, ho dovuto montare pedali più in là per compensare un po'
