The uses of the jits grips go as far as you imagination. It would have been helpful if it came with literature and detailed instructions on the uses one can get out of them, but information online can easily supplement. The sleeves are made of good quality material and are very, helpful in strengthening my grip. The neoprene strap that comes with it is strong. However, when practicing playing guard or spider guard, it is too thin to get a useful benefit for foot placement. Although the focus is mainly grip play. They should consider adding a really wide flexible material to this package, then it would be a five star review along with added instructions. I did not receive anything for free for this review. I am a Jiu jitsu player and I buy a lot of Jiu jitsu product online.
