This night balm is great but I can understand if it's not for everyone. It's not a cream or lotion...the balm is a sort of Vaseline like consistency. Wonderful aromatic fragrance that I love using every night. It might feel greasy at first but will soak into your skin and take away any tightness you might feel after washing your face no matter what cleanser you use. I personally love this balm and feel using it together with the Neroli Essential Serum has really made a difference in how my skin looks and feels. I have great confidence in the ingredients Decleor uses. This and the Neroli oil will last you forever. You hardly have to use much for each application...so while it is expensive, I've decided it's really worth the investment. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Great Product, but not from this seller. *by D***A on Reviewed in the United States on November 1, 2018* I have been using this product for at least 15 years and this is the best product for anyone who likes a lot of hydration. You only need a very small amount in each use. I usually use it 1x/day, maybe 2x/day in the winter. Most people think I am 10 years younger than I actually am and I attribute a large portion of that to this product.Now the reason for the 3 stars: because I am so familiar with this product, the seller has improperly store this cream. When it arrived, you could tell some part of the ingredient in the cream had precipitated as I could feel some sand like texture on my finger when I rubbed the balm between two fingers. Once it is on your face it does dissolve, but it feels very gritty initially. This product should not be this way.Moral of the story: Buy this cream, it is the best face balm, but not from this seller.
