These laptop sleeves were a fantastic purchase for our students who received free computers. The price was extremely reasonable, especially for the quality, and they provided the perfect amount of protection for students transporting devices to and from school each day. The sleeves fit the laptops well, the zipper worked smoothly, and the material felt durable enough to handle daily student use. We needed something affordable but still protective, and these exceeded expectations. Overall, this was an excellent value, and I would definitely purchase them again for future student technology needs.

I recently purchased the Dell Inspiron 2 in 1 11.6" laptop and wanted a good, but inexpensive case for it for when I want to take it somewhere. I saw some in local stores but the price was much more than I wanted to spend and, since I already buy so many things on here, I figured I could see what Amazon had to offer. My first search result was this AmazonBasics laptop sleeve and I had never bought that particular brand before. I researched this case a lot and for the 11.6" sleeve, it seemed like reviews were somewhat mixed depending on the model of laptop. However, I figured for around $10, I could take a chance and exchange it if necessary. When this arrived a few days ago, I immediately slipped my laptop in and it fits like a glove. I will say it is a snug fit and I have to tug the zipper ever so slightly around the rather squared edges of my laptop but not so much that it will be a problem. The zipper and material aren't straining at all when the zipper is closed. The sleeve is probably most suitable for laptops with more rounded edges but if you have the same laptop I do, it will fit just fine with just a little bit of pulling to get it to fit. The sleeve seems to be made well enough so I'm not too concerned with it ripping easily. The case is nicely padded but still slim so it will fit comfortably in a larger laptop bag, backpack, or even a large purse. I got the purple case and it is a beautiful color! To me, it looks like a grape purple and I couldn't be happier with my selection. If my thoughts on this laptop sleeve change, I will update my review but it seems most people have had good success with it. I encourage anyone who is looking for a good-quality, inexpensive case to give this one some consideration. It is working well for my laptop and I wasn't even sure if it would! I highly recommend it!

Recently, I spent my hard earned money on a 13.3" Macbook Pro Mid 2012. I like to take care of my personal belongings, and this $1000 piece of machinery was no exception. So this began my search for a laptop sleeve. Wandering my local general stores (Wal-Mart, Target, Best Buy, etc.) I noticed a cheap laptop sleeve (as in cheap quality) was nearly $16! I was like HECK NO! So I jumped on Amazon (btw amazon is the best shoutout to all the hard workers running this website and service) and searched a laptop sleeve. After approximately 9.24 seconds of searching I came across this gem. COULD IT BE?!?? An affordable, durable, and classy laptop sleeve for under $10. Being the educated consumer I started to read reviews. I came across a few that said: Laptop Didn't Fit. This was it, this was the end, I built it all up to let myself down. But being the poor High-School student I am, I pocketed some of my parents lunch money and ordered it. When it got here I opened the package. You know the scene in Star Wars when Darth Vader removed his mask? That's what it was like, shocking, but beautiful. I unboxed it and immediately took my laptop out of my backpack (which was stored in a nice soft tee-shirt previous to this sleeve purchase) and tried to slip it in the case. Wow. The sleeve fit like a glove. If you have a 13.3" Macbook Pro Mid 2012, I highly recommend this product. It protects your laptop very well and snug. No other sleeve is as affordable, fashionable, and durable as this one.

I really wanted to like this. I like AmazonBasics products and how they provide high-quality cheap alternatives for several products. Unfortunately, this is way too large for my Macbook Pro Retina 15". That said, for larger 15" computers that aren't as slim as Macs, I am sure this is a great product. It is not a military-grade protector/case, but it seems just as well made with quality materials and just protective as other cases I have bought for other computers in the past, at a fraction of the price...if only it were the right size!! Additionally, when it comes to these accessories I like things to be minimalistic. Aside from the AmazonBasics label in the upper left corner, this is plain and minimalistic enough for my needs. The AmazonBasics label is less gaudy than how other companies like to label their products. If it were just smaller it would be perfect. Oh well. ----- Update 6/23/15 Two praises that made me change my review from 2 stars to 4 stars: 1. When I tried to return my 15" laptop sleeve, Amazon gave me a full refund and additionally told me to keep it for free and to not bother returning it! Great customer service. I ended up giving the case to a friend that had a large 15" business/work Dell computer which the 15" case fits perfectly. 2. I purchased a 13" case for my Toshiba CB35-B3340 13.3 Inch Chromebook (Intel Celeron, 4GB, 16GB SSD, Silver) Full HD-Screen. The case fits the Chromebook very well. It has some extra room in the case, but it feels like it keeps my computer very securely. I really appreciated this because the Chromebook is not the kind of computer that has a bunch of manufacturers rushing to create custom-cases that fit it completely perfectly, so to find a general case that adequately protects the Chromebook at such a low price point is really great!

I use the 14-inch sleeve for my early 2017 15-inch MacBook Pro with Touch Bar. It's a snug, wetsuit-like fit; all you need to do is stretch it a little bit to pull the zipper around the top of the computer. I have a leather backpack that's not laptop-specific (no compartments or dividers, no zippers, just a top flap) and this is the perfect solution. I like the idea of another reviewer who suggested a version with a size zip, since a lot of bags won't accommodate a laptop inserted sideways and it might enable you to take out of your pack without removing the case itself. But it's a minor thing, really. It's also worth noting that this case is not intended to provide maximum armor-like protection from drops, so you'll be disappointed if that's what you need. It's great for protecting against bumps, jostles, and hard/pointy objects (keys, pens, whatever) that might scratch your expensive investment. It's probably not the best choice for people who are hard on their equipment. For example, my fiancée runs a dance company and is constantly throwing her laptop into her bag and running out the door to rehearsals and work with the sound/lighting technicians, so that computer changes hands (and places) A LOT. She needs, and uses, something a lot more robust. This case is for commuting and coffee shops, not modern warfare. Of course, you could always buy a bigger size and use it in tandem with a hard case if you really want to go nuts. If I had to find something to criticize, it's that the material tends to attract pet hair and if it's short, like my vizsla's, it can be a pain to remove. Otherwise, It's just a simple, well-made product and an absolute bargain.

I've been using this 13.3 inch sleeve for my laptop for some time now. I thought I'd post my own review in hopes of assisting others with their purchase. Laptop sleeves tend to be hit or miss at this price point. I'm pleased to say this was an excellent purchase. I've purchased just about every size of these for my various devices and have been pleased with their value. Pros: -Protection: Very nicely padded from the inside. Some other sleeves tend to skimp here, causing the corners of your device to protrodue and be susceptible to damage. The zipper is far enough to the top that it won't scratch your device. While my backpack does have a laptop compartment, I wanted to the piece of mind of having additional protection for my device as well. I've had cases for twice the price offer little protection. The main concern with those is the bottom parts and corners. You have to be really careful when placing those down. -Quality: Well built. Zipper is strong. The materials feel nice to hold and make it easy to carry by hand. -Price: Can't really beat it. There are cheaper ones, but again those tend to have lower protection/quality. -Color choice: This is new and I didn't have these choices when I first got my sleeves. The colors look great. The variety is unmatched at this price point Cons: -(Minor) - I wish it had a handle of some sort to allow for easier carrying. -(Minor) - At this price point, I don't expect any features. However, it would be nice to have a small exterior pocket/compartment. That's not expected, yet some people need/want it. Summary: Overall this is a fantastic carrying sleeve for laptops and tablets. The price is right and the protection is great. There are options for twice as much yet half the protection. Just get this one. It's sleek and protects your devices really well. The new color options add to its value as well (I wish I could get more colors now. lol) I'd recommend this case to anyone looking for an individual sleeve to protect their device. I will continue to choose Amazon Basic Sleeves for all my needs. I hope this review helps.

Custodia essenziale ma fatta bene. Il laptop da 13,3” entra perfettamente, senza essere troppo stretto né troppo largo. L’interno è morbido e protegge bene da graffi e piccoli urti, ideale per trasportarlo nello zaino. La zip scorre senza problemi e sembra resistente. Il materiale esterno è semplice ma fa il suo lavoro, senza fronzoli. Ottima soluzione se si cerca qualcosa di economico ma affidabile. Fa esattamente quello che deve.
