This little holder is a perfect accessory to the Scanncut and works really well.

Easy to use, engraved straight away. Very pleased

Great quality product which works in the Scan n Cut SDX2200. Wish I followed the instructions and used the blunt tip for filling in the lettering instead of doing the entire thing in the fine tip, but entirely my fault! The fine tip engraves brilliantly on the supplied metal tags. Yet to try it on other materials but off to a great start!

Easy to use great item for price.

I bought this after seeing it demonstrated by The Gentleman Crafter on YouTube. I wanted to be able to engrave using my Scan n Cut and honestly expected Brother to bring an engraving tool out like Cricut did. It arrived earlier than stated, but, it works straight away, I noticed I need to press the 'draw' button twice as the first time it always says 'inappropriate tool', but, that's nothing. I would highly recommend this little tool. The metal blanks are smaller than expected, but, still very useful, I'm thinking of engraving the little hearts and making them into unique earrings. a very satisfied customer.

I found the missing items inside the box with zoom tool my mistake will review again when I have tried it out

Used this product for the first time today. I was blown away by my finished tag for a key ring. Watched a few videos on youtube how to use in my scanncut. Did a few passes on draw function with the help from Gentleman crafters downloadable instruction sheet. Now I just want to try more things to make. Very easy to use and makes lovely engraved projects. Really impressed.

The idea is great but it does not lock into my machine so completely useless to me. It’s also past the 60 days so I can’t even return it. I bought it and just now took it out of the box to try it out. I ordered the one for my machine. Disappointed because I really was looking forward to using it and now I just have a pricy piece of useless to me metal.

Excelente complemento

I was excited to see that my Scan n cut was capable of etching/engraving metal. I watched a few videos on Youtube and thought I would give it a try. The Zoom engraver was incredibly easy to use and the engraving I produced was excellent. I engraved metal tags for my husband to put on his hunting tree stands. He was very happy with the final product. The engraver came with a small selection of blanks, some of which I will engrave with identification information for keys I have. I am also thinking about some jewelry projects for my grandkids. Worth the price. Also, I had no problem adhering the blanks to the mat for cutting. I did see a video where someone cut a hole into cardboard in the exact size and shape of the blank and used it as a jig to hold the blank for cutting. I think that is a great idea if you have multiple blanks of the same size and shape or if you wish to cut multiple blanks at one time.
