Everytime I connect the water tank water comes out at the bottom. I have only tried to switch it on once and it has a red light ??

I know the red light means it thinks the tank is empty. That’s the only time mine comes on. As for the water, just make sure that round filter is nice and tight with no gaps before flipping it over, I did that once on accident too.

I recently bought one but lost the floater ring and it does not work any2. Where can I get that part from?

You could contact Black and Decker in your region or location and ask for this information. Since you bought it not too long ago, it should still be under warranty. Hope this helps
