Does the black version have white text (like in some of the images) or is it just indented like the grey version?

The text of Model 'Rugged Armor' and 'Shock Resist' is embossed on the case and is same color of the case. The Text is NOT white color. Thanks.

Can it fit if i wear the watch on my right wrist?

I think the size of the Apple Watch stays the same no matter which wrist or hand you wear it.

Is it 100% water proof ?

This is a case with band made of rugged rubber , the watch sold separately and it is water proof as far as i know
