I’m not experienced in protein milk and this is my first time trying a protein whey milk for my workout supplement and here is my take. I am surprised by how fast my body absorbs the protein and heal my muscles after intense workouts. I am not sure if this brand actually did well or the whole protein industry works like this. But I used to feel muscle soar for many days after specific training and now my body recovers within 48 hours or less depending on soar intensity. I also was surprised by how tasty it is, It’s my morning drink and my dinner nowadays. Although I did get creative to push the flavor even further by adding low fat cow milk with banana, apple and one tea spoon nestle coffee gold into a blender (tastes heavenly!!). I cannot give pros or cons on body results as I am still in my 3ed week of taking this protein. But I did not experience any side effects from using this product and so far I’m comfortable using it. I may try other brands as this brand is the most expensive compared to what I have found on Amazon AE but for now this is my go to brand. Overall 5/5

It's a complete supplement together with good quality protein, multivitamins & minerals. I prefer the low carb because then I can add my own choice of carb like banana. Or add milk and tastes like a milk shake. Highly recommend product for gym goers.

I have ordered this for 3 years and have been really happy but the new white jar/can (instead if the grey) seem to have an issue. The powder was not dissolving and stayed lumpy. Flavour too was not the same.

This is a healthy and tasty drink. The price is also very good. I will be buying it again as soon as this gets over.
