A fine wall mount for a Sonos Arc Ultra soundbar
This is a low-profile sturdy mount that was easy to install.

The best option to install Sonos arc on the wall
A little wobbly, but it does the job and looks great installed. It works perfectly fine when the speaker is pushed towards the wall. Would you extend it out completely it bends ever so slightly downward. I don’t really see much of a purpose to have it extended out, so the product works absolutely fine for me and I would still highly recommend it with that minor floor, because I think it’s the best looking option to install a Sonos Arc.

Wall mounted ARC speaker
Installed easily, looks great. Probably shouldn't be your first project, does require some decision making experience and basic carpentry skills. This TV and ARC were preplanned during construction of the house, allowing optimal placement of outlet and tubing between the TV and speaker.

Functional 4 star, but with a simple few changes would be 5 star
The product itself is fine and meets the claims, the install is relatively easy and the device supports the Sonos Arc fine. I have only one complaint about the install and that is their implementation of drywall anchors which use a zip-tie device to bring together the two pieces that form the anchor. Locking the two parts (the screw receiver & behind wall support) together tightly can be difficult in cases. The zip-tie (like all) use notches, but must be pull so both parts are close enough not to wiggle, which requires work in some situations to accomplish (like using something blunt to push it back into the wall closer to the support piece while pulling hard on zip-tie). There are far easier anchors that support the weight required (even more) which would be better to use. My other issues have to do with how the device is designed & engineered. Visually it is an unpleasing device to look at, and you will see it as it is typical to the pull the Arc away from the wall, especially if it is mounted under TV so the up speakers will give full effect. The back plate against the wall is just too industrialized & could be easily modified to look sleeker. There is no reason for the large gapping hole in the middle (which also means you'll need to remove device when you repaint), and being so big it also makes you notice the mounting holes (which on their own you would not notice). Take together it just looks kind of ugly for no reason. But if you never pull it out from wall, or its mounted in a way not to be seen, then the device (black for me) is finished so it harmonizes with the Arc (black too in my case). The placement of the mounting holes seems to disregard that almost all drywall homes have 16" studs (or 24" either). It certainly would be nice (and more secure) if there was at least two holes spaced 16" apart. In my case, one is mounted in stud & other three in drywall. Also, the arms to move the arc away/towards wall are cumbersome, not a smooth easy flow (meaning you have to use Arc itself to exert more pushing/pulling that I feel is necessary, and somewhat feeling uncomfortable for an expensive device). I would not recommend fully extending the arms as that seems to require much pressure (more than I like) to push the Arc back towards wall. However, I do not really plan to change my Arc position normally so it is not much of a problem. One final note; Some other reviews noted that the Arc sags, or other such problems, especially when pulled out from wall. I did not find any such problem, mine is fine. I will note that if the drywall anchors are not very secured when pulling the zip-tie to tightly bind the behind wall piece with the piece that holds screw in place then that would obviously lead to such problems. You need to make sure the screw receiver has no wiggle at all before removing the zip-tie, otherwise any weight on the screws when the device is pulled away from the wall will effectively make the screw itself move in place causing the Arc to sag. The installation instructions make no mention of this.

Worth every cent! Solved "Sonos Arc in an old niche" issue.
LOVE this Sanus Extendable Soundbar Wall Mount! Everything one needs to install it is provided and it all fits together perfectly. I was able to install new tech to an older house. Our home has the old style TV niche designed for the old tube TVs AND has shutters that cover the niche and TV when not using the TV. Currently, there is a 65 inch flat panel which has a fixed height off the floor of the niche. I did not have a suitable wall area below, or within, (see pictures) the niche to to install the Sanus Extendable Soundbar Wall Mount and Sonos Arc and take advantage of its Dolby Atmos capabilities. So here is my workaround... With VERY close tolerances, I was able to anchor a 4x4 to the bottom of the niche and use it as the "wall" to which I mounted the Sanus Extendable ARC mount. The TV can swing out over the 4x4, Arc and mount for wire access and other adjustments and the shutters can close when we need to hide everything. As one can see in the pictures here, the Arc extends nicely and I have a great Dolby Atmos immersive sound experience. The 4x4 needs to be rock solid in its attachment to the niche bottom as the moment of torque on the "wall" is quite significant with the Arc fully extended. I recommend high quality Douglas Fir for the 4x4 as well as lag screws and corner braces to anchor the 4x4 wall to the niche floor. Don't forget to drill cable holes in the 4x4 which line up with the mount. Paint the 4x4 and bracing hardware when done.
