NOTE-to exchange the belt you need the tag that is on it, the original packaging, and it needs to be in brand new condition. Yes, you have to pay for the return shipping, but, they will pay to ship the new belt to you. I did measure the MEDIUM belt. The material is 45" long from buckle to tail end. About the belt: the SMALL belt is a PERFECT fit. I am an instructor and needed a professional functioning and looking belt to wear with my uniform, 5.11 Tactical(khaki) pants and black polo shirt. This belt fits the bill. It looks really sharp and completes the uniform. The belt material is thick and sturdy, and the velcro holds well. I measured the SMALL belt. The material is 38" long from the buckle to tail end. The width, 1 3/4" fits my tactical pants but I'm not sure if it would fit all pant loops. This is a great belt for professionals. I hope all this information helps those trying to decide what size to order. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great belt *by B***K on August 13, 2017* I decided to upgrade my belt when switching over from the UCP (digital camo that everyone will incorrectlt call ACU) to the new OCP. The standard issue Army belt is fine, but I had two issues with it that this belt solves: 1. The regular belt slips like crazy after continued physical activity. This belt has a heavy duty buckle as well as velcro on the end for a secure fit 2. If you're in between sizes like me, the regular belt either gives you 1 inch of slack or upwards of 14 that you gotta hope tucks right into a belt loop or else it all hangs out. This belt has a long run of velcro, so no matter how much slack you have, you can secure it. Two complaints I've heard that I think are dumb but I'll still note are that it's heavy and it's annoying to unvelcro at the urinal. So if an extra pound or having to take 5 sec longer to piss is a dealbreaker then stick with what the Army gives you. Overall it's a solid belt.
